Balance Fitness classes combine a circuit of strength training, Kettlebells, TRX, cardio intervals and core conditioning for a full body workout. Trainers Morgan Luzier, Juliet Alden, Joe Christian, Matt Lucas, Jesse Valaquez, Steven Kibaya, and Lea Kirdatt lead classes and can adapt each workout to meet your individual fitness needs and abilities.
