Lea has been a personal trainer for 7 years and a triathlon coach for 5, working in the Twin Cities and Dallas. She loves training for and competing in long distance triathlons, and has completed multiple Ironman distance triathlons. She has a fast paced training style that uses weight training mixed with interval training. She has an upbeat slightly kooky style and likes to mix it up so her clients never know what is going to happen! She likes to work with athletes of all levels, but really enjoys helping new athletes achieve big goals.
