Terry Brooks

Terry’s passion for health and fitness makes her an amazing trainer. Fitness is to be enjoyed and embraced. Being fit gives you the ability to enjoy an active lifestyle and to take on new fitness adventures. Terry realizes that everyone has their own goals and struggles. She will design a training program that is specific to each client's needs whether it be their first day in the gym, completing a Spartan Race, or being faster, stronger, leaner. She is here to motivate you and to help you celebrate your achievements in becoming the person you desire to be.

Outside the gym, Terry lives an active lifestyle with her husband and two boys. They enjoy the outdoors through running or biking the lakes, hiking the state park trails, and skiing the Minnesota hills and Colorado mountains.
