Tracy Yang has been a personal trainer and health coach since 2014. She specializes in weight loss and transformations. She became a trainer/coach after her own weight loss/fitness journey. Tracy utilizes a holistic approach when it comes to working with clients. She believes that health not only encompasses what you are doing in the gym, but also includes the activities in your everyday life. Her clients enjoy her positive, motivating energy and love that she keeps the workouts tough, new and interesting.
When Tracy is not working as a fitness professional, she is a professional hip-hop dancer, choreographer, and competitor. She can be found performing all over the Twin Cities metro area. She also writes and maintains her own blog, aspiring one day to be a published author. Tracy continues to develop herself as a fitness professional and an artist by attending seminars, classes, and obtaining national certifications.
