Classes & Schedule


 

Balance small-group training is the hallmark of our studio. Take our 60-minute workouts with an experienced trainer and motivated classmates. Balance small-group training combines:

  • Strength training (free weights, body weight)

  • Kettlebells

  • TRX

  • Cardio intervals (battle ropes, BOSU, treadmill, rowers & med balls)

  • Core conditioning (balance, agility, mobility)

Classes are ongoing, no membership required and no expiration date on packages!
