Balance small-group training is the hallmark of our studio. We approach strength training as a fundamental aspect of fitness that allows you to play harder, feel physically better, improve mental acuity, maintain confidence in your body, recover more quickly and join with like-minded people.

Join our 60-minute workouts with an experienced trainer and motivated/friendly/inspiring classmates. Balance small-group training includes fundamental strength training, agility, balance, mobility, core, power training and endurance. Workouts are tailored to individual goals and limitations.

Classes are ongoing, no membership required and no expiration date on packages!
